# SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

## 1. Order Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing period before dispatch.Â
* **Standard Processing:** Most orders are processed, packed, and handed over to our global logistics partners within **2 to 5 business days** of order confirmation.
* Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major international holidays.
* If we experience a high volume of orders or temporary supplier delays, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you via email if a significant delay occurs.
## 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We partner with specialized global e-commerce carriers (including CJPacket lines) to ensure reliable, end-to-end tracked delivery. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

## 3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your official tracking number and a direct link to monitor its progress. Tracking details typically become active and update within **1 to 3 business days** of dispatch.
## 4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Borboleta is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your package upon arrival in your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
## 5. Incorrect Address Failures
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Because we utilize an automated fulfillment loop to keep delivery times fast, we cannot alter or redirect packages once processing begins.Â
If a package is returned to the local postal hub or goes missing due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we cannot issue a refund or free replacement.
