# REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Borboleta, we curate and deliver high-quality apparel and accessories from global fulfillment centers to bring you the best styles seamlessly. Because our products are dispatched worldwide, we utilize a streamlined, address-free refund process to ensure quick resolutions.

## 1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item (incorrect size or color), you do not need to worry about shipping it back. We will gladly issue a full refund or send a free replacement.

To initiate a claim:
* Contact our support team at theborboletateam@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your package.
* Include your order number and clear photo or video evidence of the damage or the incorrect item received.
* Once verified, your refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method, or a replacement order will be dispatched.

## 2. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, provided the package has not yet been processed or dispatched by our global fulfillment partners. Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel an order.

## 3. Change of Mind & Size Selections
Because our inventory is managed across global logistics lines, we do not accept physical returns or offer refunds for "buyer's remorse" or incorrect size selection. 

To ensure a perfect fit, please carefully review the detailed size charts provided on every product page before finalizing your purchase. If you are unsure about a size, please reach out to our team prior to ordering.

## 4. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been lost in transit or if it exceeds our maximum global delivery window of 45 days (excluding customs delays), we will issue a full refund or reship your items at no extra cost.
